Based in London, James Day is an internationally renowned photographer working in advertising and editorial fields. He has garnered numerous photography awards including Gold Lions at Cannes, silver D&AD pencils and a Grand Clio amongst many others. In 2002 he won the prestigious John Kobal Photographic Portrait Prize at The National Portrait Gallery. His editorial work has been featured in The New York Times, The New Yorker Magazine, US and UK Wired, Vanity Fair, GQ and Wallpaper and over the years his images have been used in many award winning campaigns for clients such as British Airways, IBM, Sony, Carlsberg, Ford, Audi, and Heineken to name just a few.
Framed prints use an acid-free mount-board with a white-core deep gradient and are quality checked before being dispatched
The prints are produced using the giclée method, which refers to an inkjet printing process, using light fast water based pigment inks. All frames are hand-made and hand-finished by skilled craftsmen. They use high quality, museum-standard acrylic glazing on all frames offering 92% clarity and 90% UV protection.
