Delivery and Returns Information

Delivery Policy

EU Deliveries - We are currently unable to deliver to EU countries due to changes after Brexit but we are working on a solution for our European customers

Custom Prints

Please note: All prints are unable to be returned to us unless faulty as they are made to order and are automatically processed so cannot be cancelled once your order is placed.

Unframed prints are sent out via first class recorded delivery within the UK. Framed prints are dispatched by either special delivery post or by courier. For special delivery and courier deliveries, you should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the delivery and you will receive tracking information via email.

With current delays with carriers due to COVID allow the following timeframes for delivery

Unframed UK address - Allow 8 working days

Framed UK address - Allow 20 working days

Unframed outside UK - Depends on destination please contact us for an estimate.

Prices and Tax: The prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling. The price you pay includes VAT (at 20%) for all deliveries. Delivery to Non UK may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods and the customer will be liable for these duties.

Print Delivery Costs 

Unframed UK address - £7 per order - 1st class mail (recorded delivery)

Framed UK address - £10.50 per item Next working day (exc. remote)

Unframed outside EU  - £15 per order - Royal Mail Overseas Mail [tracked and signed-for]

Order Tracking

If you have opted for a framed print your order will include a tracking number and you will receive updates from the carrier through the channels you specify in the checkout process. If you have any questions on a tracked delivery after you have received a tracking number, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the carrier cannot help then please contact us at shop@londoncoliseum.org with your order number and we can investigate.

Part Deliveries

We endeavour to ship all items in the order together. If for any reason an item is not available, we will process and dispatch the remainder of your order separately. Items which are temporarily out of stock will be dispatched separately with no additional postage charge.
